No refunds.

Labels And Packaging World books are delivered in custom packaging. We recommend you open it only once you’re sure that the book you have received is the one you ordered. There will be no refunds if the book is returned unwrapped from its original packaging. 

If the content(s) of your order arrive(s) damaged, or is/are incorrect, please email info@labelsandpackagingworld.com with your order number, details of the damage, and photos. We will let you know if you are eligible for a replacement delivery (pending availability). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received and within 14 days of the delivery date.
